Diabetes which referred by medical professionals like doctors as Diabetes Mellitus. This describe as a group of metabolic diseases which the person has a great numbers of glucose in blood or they simple call it as Blood Sugar. This maybe because of inadequate production of insulin in the body.
Person who suffer Diabetes may experience frequent urination or polyuria and they tend to become more thirsty and hungry.
The effective way to manage diabetes includes healthy lifestyle, balance diet, and doing regular exercise.
There are three types of diabetes. They are Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and Gestational Diabetes.
Type 2 Diabetes: This type of diabetes is all about the body produces insulin but not enough to give it's proper function. This type of diabetes is progressive. Meaning it will get worse that will end up to type 1 diabetes. Some people control this type by loosing weight, or having a proper diet.
Gestational Diabetes: This type of diabetes is common to women who are into pregnancy. Women who suffer into this type may raise the risk of complications during the process of giving birth.

Diet Plans for Diabetes
When you are diabetic, your primary concern is to keep your blood glucose to it's desired level. Here are some list how.- Eat the same amount of food each day.
- Eat the same time each day.
- Take your medicine at the same time each day.
- Do regular exercise.
- Limit the amount of fats and sweets you eat.
- Eat fruits and vegetables.
- Eat fiber rich foods.
- Count your carbohydrates intake.

Coming from a family of diabetics, these diet plans are very useful for me. Although I have not been diagnosed of diabetes yet, I have to be very conscious with what I eat.
