Women are afraid to follow Protein Diet Plan because they believe that they will build muscles and become bulky like bodybuilders.

Protein diet plan is good for women who wants to lose weight. We know that protein is an essential nutrient that helps grow and develop our body. A high protein diet plan can also accelerate weight loss process. Protein diet plans also referred to as Low Carb Diet Plans.

High Protein Source

Lean Meat: Lean white meat from turkey or chicken are source of high protein and low fat foods. Eating lean meat fairly can give you adequate source of protein that help you build muscles.

Eggs: Not only vitamins and minerals, eggs also contain high protein and essential amino acids. An egg may contains six grams of protein.

Seafoods: Fish meat also contains high protein. Fishes contain Omega-3 fatty acids which is good for the heart and brain.

Dairy Products: We need to choose dairy products that are low fat but high protein content. You can choose from milk, cheese, and yogurt which are all protein rich foods.

Others: Beans, nuts, beef, vegetables, and fruits.

High Protein Meals

Breakfast: You can have 2 boiled eggs, 8oz cup of milk, a slice of turkey meat, and cereals.

Morning Snacks: You can eat peanuts, fresh fruits, and yogurt.

Lunch: You can have a slice of tuna fish, low fat milk, beans, and brown rice.

Dinner: You can have baked salmon, whole grain bread, vegetable soup, and tea.

When you are in High Protein Diet, you are required to eat high amount of protein and reduce carbohydrates intake. Do not be afraid if your body mass will increase and you may look bulky or fat, if you just keep in control with carbohydrates and fat intake, you will have toned body.

You are correct! Women are afraid to try protein diet because they don't want to look like Incredible Hulk. But if you do it the right way, you will not build a lot of bulky muscles.
